• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Estimated delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

Incorrect or Lost Packages

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
• Silver Elk is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.
• If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you with the carrier.
