Due to the nature of our products, all Silver Elk dog treats are considered food items and are handled with care an safety in mind.

All Sales Are Final

  • For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food products
  • All sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our products. If:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product or incorrect item

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
